Financial

  • We accept assignment of dental insurance.
  • Clients are to pay any co-payment for any treatment not covered by their dental insurance at time of service.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to know their dental coverage.

Appointments

  • Due to the demand for appointments and scheduling arrangements as a courtesy, we either call, email or text 2 business days before to remind you of your appointment with us.
  • We require 48 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel your scheduled appointment.
  • Our answering machine is on after hours and weekends, so a message can be left if you cannot make your appointment.
  • This policy will help ensure that our time is best used serving all of our clients’ needs.
